Goten and Trunks · The Whole World's Ordered to Find Them

A strong wind blows at Kibit's hair and throws up small clouds of dust in the crater left behind by Vegeta. "Kaioushin-sama... What in the world happened? ...Huh?" He suddenly looks off to his right, sensing Kaioushin's faint ki. "Yes! He's still alive!" He rises out of the crater and takes off. Meanwhile, Kaioushin is still struggling toward Gohan's forest. He stops and leans against a wall, panting. "G-Gohan-san is still alive..." He takes a single painful step. "...just... Gohan-san...!" He slowly continues, gasping in pain with every step. After only a few more steps, he stops and collapses.

Majin Buu carries Babidi over a large city. "Hey, Majin Buu, where do you think you're going?" Buu grins and looks back and forth across the city, humming and ignoring Babidi. "Hey!" Buu, "Oh!" He dives toward the ground; Babidi screams as he suddenly plunges with Buu toward the city below. Majin Buu maneuvers between a few buildings and lands in the middle of the street below. Babidi falls off Buu's back and lands behind him. A car stops in the middle of the street and the driver jumps out. "Idiot! That was dangerous!" He starts toward Buu, but stops in his tracks when Buu turns to him, smiling. "You're dead. Bye bye." Buu waves. Man, "Huh? Bye bye?" Buu grabs at a chunk of his stomach and begins to pull it off from the rest of his body. The man watches in shock and screams go up from people watching on the sidewalk. Having succeeded in pulling a chunk of stomach off, Buu begin spinning it around with his right hand. "You're cheeky." He stops spinning it and throws it at the man, and it wraps around him. He cries out in surprise. Buu screams and clenches his fist. The man falls to the ground and within a few seconds, his arm goes limp. The gathered crowd screams and as Buu begins walking through the city, everyone scatters. Babidi chases after him. "Hey! Where are you going!? Hey, Buu!"

Majin Buu turns and walks into a building. The automatic door begins to slide open, but he doesn't wait for it, and instead walks right into it. It stops him temporarily, but he continues walking and it begins to bend at the middle around him. Women inside watch, not knowing quite what to think. They scream when the glass suddenly shatters, one of them, who appears to work at the store, dropping a plate full of cake. The one who dropped the cake is very soon one of the last people left in the store. She nervously asks, "Sir, are you hurt?" He ignores her and takes a few steps further into the store, smiling at the hundreds of cakes in front of him. He laughs, and another woman approaches him, smiling. "Welcome. What would you like?" Buu, "Everything." He takes a few steps more toward the cakes. "Everything?" He crouches down and puts his hand up to the glass in front of a few cakes. The glass promptly shatters, and the girl screams. As both speechless girls watch, Buu begins shoving pieces of cake in his mouth, hardly even stopping to chew before eating the next one. He reaches through more glass and pulls out another cake, which he eats whole. Babidi stands in the door, watching. "Majin Buu! What are you doing!? Let's go!" Buu, "I'm not done eating!" He walks through a counter and through the wall behind it. He emerges in the "kitchen" (which looks more like a factory). He grins. A man runs up to him. "Who do you think you are?" Buu swats him out of the way and the rest inside flee. Buu walks up to the end of the assembly line, kicks something out of the way, and turns a dial that speeds up production. He crouches at the end of the line and holds open his mouth. A complete cake falls in. He quickly chews it up and swallows it, and as soon as he's finished he's got another one within seconds. He continues for several more cakes as Babidi walks through the ruined store. "That's enough! Let's go!" Buu stands up with bits of cake around his mouth. "I'm not finished yet." Buu turns and walks back through the hole in the wall. Babidi spins around. "Come back here, Majin Buu!" He starts to follow Buu, but is stopped by a tug at his cape. The second woman who had approached Majin Buu has stepped on it and glares at him. "What do you think you're doing!? Let me go! Don't you have any manners!?" Woman, "You're the one with no manners, old man." Babidi, "Old man?" The woman gets up in his face and demands, "Pay for the cakes! And the glass door! And all the other repairs! That's the only thing I have to say to you!" Babidi, "Lady, it looks like you don't know who I am." She looks away, crossing her arms. "Not at all." Babidi, "It would be a shame for you to die without knowing, so let me tell you. I'm the one who decides if this world will continue to exist. I am Madoshi Babidi!" She grabs his cape again. "I don't care if you're a Madoshi or a mad-man, you're going to pay for the repairs." She swings him around by the cape. "You rude girl! Papparapa!" She suddenly disappears, and Babidi is flung into a wall beside the other girl. His eyes bulge when he hits; he slides down as the other girl says, "She's gone!" Babidi, "Do you want to follow her!?" Girl, "Huh!?" She frantically shakes her head. Meanwhile, her friend now dangles from a pole sticking out horizontally from the roof of a building. She flails her arms and legs as she cries, "Help me!"

Sirens ring out throughout the city. A large police force has assembled outside the bakery. "Criminal! Resistance is futile! Come out with your hands up!" Babidi, "Can't you control yourself, Majin Buu?" Buu works on another piece of cake. "It's no good! This cake is delicious, but it doesn't fill me up at all." Babidi, "Majin Buu, hurry and let's go! Or maybe you want to be sealed away again?" Buu suddenly stops. He pauses, then drops his cake and walks out. Babidi grins and begins to giggle. As soon as Buu steps through the ruined glass door, a police officer holds up a gun. "Freeze! Put your hands up! You're under arrest for disorderly conduct!" Buu looks around at the police out in front of him. One officer tries to handcuff him, but runs into a dead end when he finds that the handcuffs don't even fit halfway around Buu's wrist. "Huh?" Buu reaches down, takes the handcuffs, and grinds them up in his hands. A man who appears to be the senior officer watches from several yards back. "Huh?" Buu blows on the small ball of metal in his hands, and the man screams as he's hit in the face. He flies back and falls to the ground, already dead. An officer crouching behind a police car next to him gasps. "Damn!" He fires and hits Buu in the stomach. Other officers open fire and soon, Buu's stomach is full of holes. When the firing is over, Buu's stomach bloats out just a bit, then a small protrusion appears over every hole, forcing out the bullets, and within seconds, Buu is completely healed. The officers are stunned. Buu takes a deep breath and blows a ki blast at one of the squad cars. Officers scramble to escape as the car explodes. "I still want to eat." Babidi steps out of the bakery beside him. "Don't worry. Now it's time to make those kids and the green guy pay." He laughs. "You're going to pay! I'll show you a cool scene soon!"

Kibit races over an empty, uninhabited rocky area. "Hm?" He looks back and forth over the land as he flies. Rock turns to forest, and soon, he sees something below. He lands and runs a few yards up to a dead animal. He looks around. "Hm? Hm... Ah!" He turns and runs off in the direction he came from, jumping back into the air. He soon spots Kaioushin, collapsed on the ground. "K-Kaioushin-sama!" He speeds ahead and lands a few feet away, running up to Kaioushin. He shakes him. "Kaioushin-sama! Kaioushin-sama!" Kaioushin groans and attempts to open his eyes, but can't. Kibit, "Thank goodness! I was in time!" He puts his hands over Kaioushin and they both begin to glow gold. After a few seconds, Kaioushin's injuries disappear. He opens his eyes and gasps. He slowly lifts himself off the ground. "Kaioushin-sama." He looks up in shock. "Kibit! What's going on!? You were killed by Dabura!" Kibit grins, not responding.

--COMMERCIAL--

"Is that so? That's odd." Kibit agrees with Kaioushin's reaction to the story of his waking up in the middle of Vegeta's crater. Kibit, "I didn't know anything on this planet could bring the dead back to life." Kaioushin suddenly gasps. "Oh, that's right!" He turns and begins running. "Kibit, hurry!" He stops a few steps down the road and looks back. "Gohan-san is in danger of dying!" Kibit, "Huh!?" Kaioushin, "We can't allow Gohan-san to die!" He jumps into the air and flies off. "Kaioushin-sama!" Kibit follows.

Majin Buu, "Oh!" Babidi, "Majin Buu, I don't like your attitude." Buu, "I'm hungry."

Kaioushin and Kibit fly side by side through the air toward Gohan. "Kibit, can you feel that enormous ki? That's Majin Buu's power." Kibit, "Yes, it fills me with despair. No one anywhere in the universe can breathe safely now. The thing we feared most hsa come to pass." Kaioushin smiles. "It's not completely hopeless. I can see a faint light of hope." Kibit, "Huh? Impossible... Does it have something to do with Son Gohan?" Kaioushin, "That's right. If we can increase his already unimaginable strength, he might be able to defeat Majin Buu." Kibit, "What did you say!? Don't tell me you're going to try..." Kaioushin, "You didn't see how powerful those three Saiya-jin were. You wouldn't be able to imagine it." He pauses, but Kibit says nothing, so he continues. "I have to find him soon. Gohan-san's ki is very weak, but I can feel it in that grove."

Birds fly through the trees as Kaioushin and Kibit arrive at Gohan's little forest. Kaioushin, "I can feel him around here." Kibit points, "There he is! Over there!" Lying unconscious in the grass is the battered Son Gohan. Kibit and Kaioushin land on either side of him. Kibit grabs his arm. "He's alive. He's in about the same danger you were in." Kaioushin smiles. "I'm glad we found him." Kibit puts his hands down to heal Gohan, but Kaioushin holds out his arm, signaling to stop. Kibit, "Huh?" Kaioushin, "You can replenish Gohan-san's power after we return to Kaioushin Kai, Kibit." Kibit, "Huh!? Don't tell me you're going to allow a human to walk on Kaioushin Kai! Not even Dai Kaiou has been there!" Kaioushin, "That's right. Let's hurry." Kibit, "Yes sir." A blue sphere envelopes them and the trio vanishes.

Kuririn, "Where are Bulma's mother and father?" Bulma, "They didn't want to leave the animals. They said that if they were killed, we could bring them back with the Dragon Balls, so they don't mind." Kuririn holds Marron in his arms. "That's just like your parents." Bulma, "Really?" Kuririn, "If we'd known where Tenshinhan and Chaouzu were, we could have brought them here." Chichi, "Where are Gohan and Goten?" Kuririn makes something of an "Ee!" sound as he realizes that there's still some bad news to break. Bulma looks around. "Yeah, and where are Trunks and Vegeta?" Trunks makes a double "Ee!" sound after that one. Piccolo wears a grim face as he recalls Vegeta's final moments. He shuts his eyes. Chichi, "Where are they?" Goku is just as grim as Piccolo; no one who knows the answer speaks up. The new arrivals simply stare curiously as they await their answer. Kuririn, "G-Goku..." Goku finally steps up to break the news himself. "We'll have to tell you anyway, so..." He pauses, and no one says anything. After a few seconds, he continues. His voice is barely above a whisper. "Goten and Trunks are alright. Gohan and Vegeta are dead." Chichi, Bulma, Videl, Yamucha, Puar, and Gyuu Maou all gasp in shock. "They were killed by Majin Buu." Videl, "G-Gohan-kun... I don't believe it!" Chichi stares at Goku for a moment, then faints. Gyuu Maou, "Chichi!" Tears well up in Bulma's eyes and roll down her cheeks. "Vegeta's dead... No! I don't want him to die!!" Yamucha, "Calm down, Bulma!" He runs up to her while Goku runs over to Chichi. Gyuu Maou, already at her side, yells "Chichi!" again. Dende and Popo, and Kuririn and Number 18 simply watch, unable to say or do anything for Bulma or Chichi. Chichi, "NO!" Gyuu Maou, "Chichi...!" Videl, "It can't be...! I hate this!" She squeezes her eyes shut and a tear falls to the floor, splashing around an imagined image of Gohan in his school clothes. Karin takes a step forward. "Goku, this has truly become terrible." Goku turns to the sound of his voice. "Karin-sama." Karin moves up beside Dende. "I can't stay out of this any longer. This enemy's a lot worse than Freezer or Cell. An incredibly bad person has shown up this time."

Majin Buu and Babidi stand on a bluff overlooking a large city. Buu stares out at the city. "I'm hungry." Babidi looks up at him. "You're just a big kid." He turns to the city, grinning. "I've got a good idea. This should make you feel better."

Piccolo, "Goku, hurry the fusion." Goku smiles. "You're right. Popo, where are Trunks and Goten?" Suddenly, their conversation is interrupted by Babidi. "Can you hear my voice? People of the Earth, I am the Madoshi, Babidi!" The Z Senshi look around for the source of the voice. "It won't do you any good to try to find me. I'm using magic to speak directly to your hearts."

Babidi continues his speech as we return to him and Majin Buu. "I'm sorry to disturb your peace, but something awful happened to me today, because of three fools. I'm looking for those fools." Man, "What!?" Someone else, "Can you hear that voice too?" A third guy, "What's going on!?" Babidi, "Close your eyes. I'm going to send you a picture." Goku, "What is this!?" He shuts his eyes and is greeted with an image of Piccolo. "Can you see these three?" Then Trunks... "I'm looking for them." ...and finally, Goten. "Come to me." Piccolo makes a "kch" sound, and Kamesennin quirks an eyebrow. Back to Babidi's cliff, he continues, "They should know themselves..." Karin and Dende also have their eyes closed, but not Popo. "...if they don't come to me. Let me introduce myself." He flashes an image of himself. "I am the terrifying Madoshi Babidi. This is my slave, the even more terrifying Majin Buu!" His picture fades into an image of a dancing Buu. "He's very strong! There's no one who could beat him." He giggles and the picture changes to a city, the one sprawling out ahead of Buu and Babidi. "Can you see this city? I'll show you a little of what will happen if those three don't show themselves."

Piccolo's eyes open. "S-stop!" Babidi, "I don't like to jabber on much, so I'll kill all the people in this city cleanly. Well, start, Majin Buu!" The image is now of him pointing at the city. Buu smiles and holds out his hands. In the city, people begin to lift into the air. They scream and cry out for help. Goku's eyes twitch as he watches. "Th-that bastard...! What's he planning!?" Buu, "Ah! What should I change them into! I've had enough cake. Alright! Change into candy drops!" He fires a red beam from the thing on his head and simultaneously hits the entire population of the city. They disappear and are replaced with millions of candy balls. Kuririn cries out in shock. Buu grins and opens his mouth as wide as he can, then begins inhaling deeply. He sucks all of the candy drops to him with the strong wind he creates. Goku and Piccolo watch helplessly as Buu eats an entire city, chewing a few times and then swallowing it all at once. He sighs, and Babidi points to him. "This will happen to everyone on this planet." He laughs. As the Z Senshi stand around, unable to do anything, Goten and Trunks continue sleeping inside...
